Delivery Information & Shipping Policy
1. Our general terms of delivery
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Metropolitan France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Italy
The delivery is free for any order whose amount exceeds 250 € (including VAT). A participation fee of € 10 is required if the amount of your order is between € 100 and € 250 (including VAT). If the amount of your order is less than € 100 (including VAT) is required a participation fee of € 20.Corsica, Bulgaria, Spain, Czech republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden
The delivery is free for any order whose amount exceeds 500 € (including VAT). A participation fee of 20 € is required if the amount of your order is between 250 and 500 € (including VAT). If the amount of your order is less than € 250 (including VAT) is required a participation fee of € 30.Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Switzerland, United Kingdom
The delivery is free for any order whose amount exceeds 750 € (including VAT). A participation fee of 40 € is required if the amount of your order is between 250 and 750 € (including VAT). If the amount of your order is less than 250 € (including VAT) is required a participation fee of 80 €.

2.Delivery times
Benelux, France (north), Germany
The delivery times for these different zones are very short, you will be delivered in less than 48 hours most of the time. If you order before 1pm, your order will be shipped the same day.
South of France, Monaco
In this area, delivery is made in 48-72 hours.
Spain & Italy
These regions are delivered in only 4 days. If you order on Monday, you will normally receive your packaging by Friday at the latest.
Zone 2 (Bulgaria, Corsica, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden)
These regions are delivered in only 4 days. If you order on Monday, you will normally receive your packaging by Friday at the latest.
Zone 3 (Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Switzerland, United Kingdom)
These regions are delivered in only 5 days. If you order on Monday, you will normally receive your packaging by Friday at the latest.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery's progress.
